Vedanta to raise up to Rs 1,000 crores via NCDs
Vedanta – Vedanta Ltd on Wednesday stated it intends to increase up to Rs 1,000 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
In such a manner, the business enterprise is keeping a meeting of its correct comprised council of the directors next week, Vedanta Ltd stated in a statement to the BSE.
”The corporation proposes to provide evaluated, got, redeemable, non-combined, non-convertible debentures collecting up to Rs 1,000 crore,” the recording said.
The above issuance is in accordance to the governing body’s dreams surpassed at their meeting held on May 7, 2019, and October three final year.
Vedanta Ltd is a large company whose enterprise basically consists of natural gas and oil, zinc-lead-silver, copper, iron metal, aluminum and commercial power.
