In a patriotic ceremony on the 75th Republic Day, Sh. R.K. Vishnoi, Chairman & Managing Director of THDC India Limited (THDCIL), hoisted the National Flag at the Corporate Headquarters in Rishikesh. The event, attended by Sh. J. Behera, Director (Finance), Sh. Shallinder Singh, Director (Personnel), Sh. Bhupender Gupta, Director (Technical), and employees with their families, paid tribute to the nation’s constitution-makers, freedom fighters, and martyrs.

Sh. Vishnoi, recognizing the collective dedication of the THDCIL family to the company’s growth and the nation’s progress, stressed the pivotal role each employee plays in the power sector. Emphasizing the Government’s vision of ‘Jan Bhagidari’ (Public Participation), he encouraged full cooperation and contribution from all.
Aligning with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision to make India a Superpower by 2047, Sh. Vishnoi underlined the significance of this year’s Republic Day celebrations. The event featured captivating cultural performances by school students, including dances and impressive displays of horse riding skills. Republic Day was celebrated with equal fervor across all THDCIL projects nationwide.
