Suzuki Motorcycle launches Katana

On Monday, Suzuki Motorcycle India announced the introduction of the “Katana,” a new bike model with a starting price of Rs. 13.61 lakh (ex-showroom). 
 
The bike has a 999-cm3 motor, and its name is drawn from the fabled Japanese sword Katana. 
 
The Katan is a reflection of Suzuki‘s unwavering dedication to excellent craftsmanship and its readiness to sweat the details until they are just perfect. According to a statement from Suzuki Motorcycle India Managing Director Satoshi Uchida, the introduction is a component of our aim to strengthen our big bike range in the nation.

After displaying the bike at the most recent auto exhibition, the company received numerous inquiries from motorcycle aficionados, he said.

“We chose to introduce the Katana in India based on the favorable comments from our potential customers. According to Uchida, “We are certain that the bike will be able to create its own cult following in India as well. 
 
The motorcycles are equipped with the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (SIRS), which has a number of cutting-edge electronic control technologies.
