New Delhi: From August 9th to 11th, 2023, SRLDC Bengaluru hosted the “PowerNext South” training program in an effort to improve system operator competencies across the country.

This project brought together 32 representatives from Southern state load dispatch centres.
The three-day training program focused on developing behavioural abilities, including communication skills, presenting skills, teamwork, and flexibility.
