SPMCIL Recruitment 2022 – For the positions of Assistant Company Secretary and CSR Associate, Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited is inviting applications from qualified individuals on a fixed-term contract basis. Name of Position, Qualifications, and Salary for SPMCIL Recruitment 2022

Name of Positions: Associate CSR and Assistant Company Secretary

1. Pay of Rs. 40.000 per month, 0 to 1 year of experience 
2. Years of experience, at a salary of Rs. 50000 per month. 
3. Years of experience and a monthly salary of Rs. 600,000. 
Maximum Age: 35 years as of October 19, 2022.

Post-Specific Requirements and Positions for SPMCIL Recruitment 2022

CSR Affiliate:

A recognized university or institute must award a master’s degree in social work, social welfare, MBA in CSR, MS in CSR & ethical management, MBA, or PGD in rural development. (Only applicants who received a First Class in the required Masters or MBA degree will be considered.) 
Engagement Term: The engagement is solely contractual in nature and will initially last for 3 years, pending satisfactory performance. However, subject to further satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the Company, the engagement may be extended by an additional period of up to 5 years. 
Experience and Qualities: CSR Project Execution, Engagement, and Relevant Work Experience in the Development & Planning Sector. 
MS Office proficiency is a sign of computer literacy. 
good communication skills both in writing and speaking.

CSR Associate responsibilities include:

creating a plan and policies for SPMCIL’s CSR, moral, sustainable, and environmental obligations. 
yearly development of SPMCIL’s CSR strategies. 
monitoring and informing senior management on CSR activity. 
ensuring that CSR initiatives are successful and have a good effect on the environment and the local community.

Co-secretary of the company:

Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) applicant who has completed the management training/internship at a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) or any reputable organisation as required by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The candidate should be knowledgeable about both the ICSI-issued Secretarial Standards and the 2013 Companies Act. The candidate should be proficient in the creation of board and general meeting agendas and minutes, as well as good communication and presentation abilities.

Important Responsibilities

helping with the submission of several forms and returns to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in accordance with the terms of the Companies Act of 2013 and the rules formulated thereunder. 
helping to draught the agenda and minutes for board of directors meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings.

To promote adherence to the Corporate Governance principles set forth by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE). 
helping to supply the information/details that the Administrative Ministry and other regulatory bodies want.
