State Bank of India takes up CSR activities in Hyderabad

CSR activities in Hyderabad – Swaminathan Janakiraman, the managing director of State Bank of India (SBI), visited Hyderabad Circle to take part in CSR efforts. The SBI gave the CR Foundation in Kondapur a 7-seater Maruti EECO van. He emphasized the Bank’s CSR philosophy, which seeks to strengthen marginalized groups. He participated in the planting drive as well. In Telangana, SBI intended to plant 75,000 seedlings between July and August. 
 
According to SBI’s Chief General Manager, Amit Jhingran, the company has committed to spending more money this year on welfare programmes, PHCs, anganwadis, and government schools that need to be transformed. According to a press release, the general manager of the SBI Hyderabad Commercial Clients Group, K Phanendra Nath, was present.
