“Samsung has been in India for over 27 years, with Uttar Pradesh serving as a hub for manufacturing and research-led initiatives during that time.” We are a committed partner in India’s and Uttar Pradesh’s growth stories. “Through the Samsung Innovation Campus, we hope to train the youth of Uttar Pradesh in future tech domains, contribute to the state’s further development, and strengthen our vision of Powering Digital India,” stated Mr. JB Park, President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia.

“We would like to expand the programme to include more students and universities in UP,” he said.

Samsung India started the Samsung Innovation Campus programme at eight campuses across the country with the goal of upskilling 3,000 underserved youngsters in future tech domains such as AI, IoT, Big Data, and Coding & Programming and assisting them in obtaining suitable job placements.

The Samsung Innovation Campus intends to upskill young people aged 18 to 25 in future technologies and increase their employability. These are critical technological abilities for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The programme is being implemented by the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI), a National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) registered body, through its statewide network of approved training and education partners.

Participants in the programme get instructor-led classroom instruction throughout the country from ESSCI-approved training and education partners.
