Red FM – Campaign ‘Umeed Ki Run’ helps athletes

Red FM campaign – 93.5 RED FM, India’s leading private radio and entertainment network, launched the ‘Umeed Ki Run’ on-air campaign to support Rahul, a 25-year-old Delhi long and middle-distance runner. RJ Raunac spoke exclusively to Rahul on Morning No. 1, highlighting his accomplishments as well as the challenges he faced due to his financial situation.

Through the campaign, Red FM took the initiative to support Rahul and provide him with a job. This job would help him meet his basic training requirements as a track and field athlete. Rahul’s resume was shared on social media, and listeners helped him land a job as a coach and trainer at a Delhi school. Throughout the campaign, his medals and trophies were distributed to various offices and locations in Delhi so that people could support him and be inspired by his struggles.
