RECIPMT conducts International Training Program

New Delhi: From August 22 to September 30, RECIPMT, a renowned power sector training institute with headquarters in Hyderabad and operating under the auspices of REC Ltd (A Maharatna CPSU), is offering a six-week international training programme on “Certificate Course in Power Distribution Management.”

Twenty participants from ten different nations are taking part in this training programme, which is financed by the MEA (Ministry of External Affairs), Government of India (GoI), and is part of the ITEC Scheme.

The training programme exposes participants from countries like Bhutan, Cote d’Ivoire, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Fiji, Nijer, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, and Tunisia to the operation, maintenance, and best practises of the Indian power distribution sector.

In order to improve the capability of 104 nations, RECIPMT has carried out more than 100 of these international training programmes under the ITEC initiative of the MEA, GoI.
