PVUN Ltd and Mukhiyas played friendly match

On April 6, 2023, on the occasion of the International Day of Sports for Development and Peace, a friendly match was organized between PVUN Ltd employees and Mukhiyas from 11 adjacent villages as part of community development projects.

The game was place in Hesla’s Imly Ground in the presence of PVUN personnel and other residents from nearby communities. Both teams were keen to demonstrate their abilities and put on a nice display in honour of the momentous occasion. Shri Ravindra Kumar, CEO of PVUN, presented the players with caps and encouraged them to perform well.

The match began with Team Mukhiya XI winning the toss and deciding to bat first. Shri Ravindra Kumar and Shri Neeraj Kumar Roy (HOHR) played the first balls to kick off the game. PVUN scored 90 runs in the game’s 10 innings. Team Mukhiya XI, on the other hand, kept the scoreboard ticking and won the game by scoring 95 runs in just eight overs.

The game was played with sportsmanship and was a worthy homage to a historic day. Both teams played with great unity and determination, and the crowd was treated to some great cricket action.
