Powergrid won three major projects on build, own, operate basis
New Delhi: Powergrid won three major projects on build, own, operate basis – Power Grid Corporation (PGCIL) of India, a state-claimed Maharatna power organization has won three significant power transmission projects in Rajasthan through the serious offering. These power projects are worked to clear 8.1 GW of force from sunlight based energy zones in the state.
In December 2020 REC had proposed offers to set up the sent frameworks and exhaust the force from sun-oriented energy zones in the state as the biggest electric power transmission utility, which attempts the transmission of power through the Inter-State Transmission System.
A year ago, eight lines adding up to Rs 20,000 crore were granted to privately owned businesses through the TBCB course. PGCIL was designated for two significant lines adding up to Rs 30,000 crore.
