BEL contributes 5.45 Cr to PM CARES Fund to combat COVID19 2nd wave – Rs 5.45 Crores from its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Fund to the PM CARES Fund has been contributed by Navratna Defense PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), on the side of the Government’s coordinated endeavors in managing the difficulties emerging out of the furious second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.

BEL is additionally using Rs. 4 Crores of its CSR Fund to set up Medical Oxygen Generation Plants in 12 Government hospitals in six states to increase their oxygen supply and help support the current emergency the nation is facing.

BEL is investing in all energy to help the nation’s conflict against COVID-19. A year ago, the Company had delivered Rs.10 Crores from its CSR Fund towards the PM CARES Fund to battle and contain the pandemic in India and furthermore for aid projects.
