On October 6, 2023, the Safety Department organised a mass safety PEP-TALK at NTPC Simhadri.
The ceremony, which was organized by Shri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, Head of Project, Simhadri, attracted a large crowd of around a thousand people.

HoP Simhadri administered a safety promise, which was followed by an award ceremony to recognize the 40 most safety-conscious contract workers. Simhadri, the HoP, addressed the audience and stressed the six NTPC Safety policy concepts.
This mass safety pep-talk boosts confidence and puts the workplace one step closer to recognizing the importance of workplace safety, including meeting safety targets for the working team.
