Airtel renews Pan India Managed Services Partnership with Ericsson – The agreement with Ericsson to supply pan-India managed network operations has been renewed by Bharti Airtel (“Airtel”), India’s largest integrated telco, through Ericsson Operations Engine.
At the end of 2020 with this Airtel launching Ericsson Operation Engine in three-year deal, Ericsson will deploy the newest automation, machine learning, and AI technologies to reinforce Airtel’s mobile network performance and customer experience. Ericsson also will manage Airtel’s network operations center and field maintenance activities across India.
Ericsson also will provide Network Optimization Services, combining multi-vendor networks expertise with its state-of-the-art machine learning/AI-enabled Cognitive Software Suite. this may deliver a far better customer experience and ensure a superior return from Airtel’s deployed network assets.

This new Engine consolidates the position because the industry leader in a network managed services and 300 global contracts, Ericsson has proven capabilities in managing and operating multi-vendor and multi-technology networks and our products and proper service satisfaction with Airtel’s network and IT operations and we’ll still develop data-driven insights to deliver enhanced performance focused on end-user experience.
