5G Network Soon in India; Deal Between Nokia and Airtel – Nokia, the main telecommunication system maker, has received a contract of Rs 7,500 crore from Bharti Airtel for 5G network. Under this, the corporate will build these networks in nine telecom circles of the country.

The value of the contract is 7,500crore as Bharti Airtel on Tuesday said that under this contract, Nokia would create three lakh base stations for 4G services, which may be upgraded to 5G network after getting spectrum for next-generation services.

Bharti Airtel has awarded this contract to enhance network capacity and customer convenience. Airtel has announced a multi-year agreement for Nokia’s Single Radio Access Network (SRAN) technology in these nine telecom circles. consistent with sources, the worth of this contract is around Rs 7,500 crore. Airtel said during a statement that these devices would help deliver 5G services within the future. Under this, about three lakh radio network equipment is going to be installed in these nine circles of Airtel. this is often the primary network expansion deal of this year. Significantly, during the lockdown, the demand for high-speed data has increased by about 20 percent.

Bharti Airtel said during a statement that “we are committed to continuously invest in new technology to supply the simplest services to customers. This initiative with Nokia may be a major step during this direction”.
