IRFC and IIFCL ink MoU for the development of railways

In New Delhi: Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC), a fully owned subsidiary of Indian Railways, the Ministry of Railways, and Mini-Ratna, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India Infrastructure Finance Business Ltd (IIFCL), an NBFC-ND-IFC registered company, at the Taj Palace in New Delhi.

The Chairman and Managing Director of IRFC, Shri Amitabh Banerjee, and the Managing Director of IIFCL, Shri Padmanabhan Raja Jaishankar, signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

On this occasion, the IRFC presented Smt. Shelly Verma, Director (Finance), and Shri Pawan K. Kumar, DMD, IIFCL.
