Indian Overseas Bank concludes Swachhata Campaign

Chennai: In honour of Gandhi Jayanti, Swachhata (Cleanliness) Special Campaign 2.0 was launched by Indian Overseas Bank on October 2, 2022. (IOB). At the Bank’s Central Office Campus in Chennai, the Executive Director Ms. S Srimathy, and CVO Shri. R Balasubramanian has been in charge of the cleanliness initiative. All GMs, DGMs, AGMs, and other bank officials enthusiastically and fervently engaged in the cleanliness effort.

The Regional Managers of Chennai I and II, together with their staffs, oversaw the cleanliness campaign in Chennai at Light House, Marina Beach.

The Bank also arranged a similar cleaning campaign at 47 more regional offices throughout India, where all regional managers and staff members participated and improved the environment’s cleanliness.

Additionally, our staff training college in Chennai, which included the principal, teachers, and trainee officers, took part with all of its might.

The programme helped keep the surroundings tidy and clean by instilling a sense of cleanliness. This could contribute to improving the perception of India as a pristine country on the global map.
