Transformed Government Middle school – Inauguration

On December 13, 2022, CANPACK India Pvt Ltd and the S M Sehgal Foundation officially opened the freshly renovated Government Middle School in the village of Thekarka, Nuh, Haryana. With better infrastructure in schools and better study materials, this project aims to improve the quality of education for kids in rural areas. More than 250 students and teachers will benefit from the initiative, and after seeing the excellent facilities, we anticipate that more students will enrol. The installation of new restroom facilities for boys and girls was one of the main interventions, along with repairs and renovations to the classrooms, kitchen, hallways, and roof area. Drinking water is always available thanks to a 75,000-liter rainwater gathering system. New school bags, books, uniforms, shoes, and stationery have all been handed to the students.

This ceremony’s inauguration was held in the honorable presence of Ms. Renu Sogan (IAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Nuh; Mr. Gaurav Singh (Additional CEO, Haryana CSR Trust); Mr. Vikram Potdar, MD & CEO CANPACK India; Mr. Dushyant Kumar, Operations Director CANPACK India; Mr. Janardhan Kale, India Procurement Head CANPACK India; Mr. Mukesh Kumar Yadav The School Management Committee (SMC), parents, community members, and the school administration all actively took part in this inauguration celebration.
