IGL 1st Domestic PNG connection initiates in Sumerpur

IGL 1st Domestic PNG connection – Today, Indraprastha Gas Limited, an Indian natural gas distribution firm, opened its first domestic PNG connection and Gas Receiving Terminal in Sumerpur, Pali (Rajasthan). 
 
Mr. A.K. Jana, Managing Director, and Mr. Pawan Kumar, Director (Commercial), IGL, held a virtual inauguration in the presence of Mr. Ajai Tyagi, Sr. Vice President (Projects), IGL, and other senior IGL officials. 
 
Customers receiving the first domestic connection were also called by the team. Indraprastha Gas Limited is a biological gas diffusion corporation in India that furnishes natural gas for cooking and transportation. In 1998, IGL bought and appropriated the Delhi City Gas Distribution Project from GAIL, which was accountable for inaugurating a system of gas distribution pipelines throughout Delhi. The corporation began as a partnership between GAIL, Bharat Petroleum, and the Delhi Government.
