HDFC Bank deposits – By June 30, 2022, deposits at private lender HDFC Bank had increased to roughly Rs 16,05,000 crore, up over 19.3% from Rs 13,45,800 crore and around 2.9% from Rs 15,59,200 crore as of March 31, 2022. 
 
According to a July 4 exchange filing, retail deposits increased by about 18.5% over June 30, 2021, and by about 3.5% over March 31, 2022, whereas wholesale deposits increased by about 22.5% over June 30, 2021, and by about 0.5% over March 31, 2022.

In terms of retail loans, the bank reported increases of roughly 5% over March 31, 2022, and 21.5% over June 30, 2021. Loans from commercial and rural banks increased by around 29% over June 30, 2021, and by about 3% over March 31, 2022. 
 
Corporate and other wholesale loans increased by around 15.5% from June 13, 2021 to March 31, 2022, and then stayed about the same. During the fiscal quarter that concluded on June 30, 2022, HDFC Limited purchased loans through the direct assignment channel of roughly Rs 9,533 crore. 
 
As of June 30, 2022, HDFC Bank’s current account and saving account (CASA) deposits totaled Rs 7,34,500 crore, up about 20.1% from Rs 6,11,800 crore as of June 30, 2021 but down 2.2% from Rs 7,51,000 crore as of March 31, 2022. The private lender’s CASA ratio was roughly 46% (June 2022), 45.5% (June 2021), and 48.2% (June 2022). (March 2022).
