HCLTech bags multiyear deal with Australian agri player Elders


HCLTech, an Indian IT services company, stated that it has been chosen by Elders, an Australian agricultural corporation, to drive digital transformation throughout the agribusiness’s business activities. 

“Elders will continue to provide an excellent user experience to customers and employees,” says Michael Horton, executive vice president and national manager for Australia and New Zealand at HCLTech. Furthermore, to assist the next phase of Elders’ digital transition, our Adelaide delivery center will continue to provide regular on-the-ground support.” 

According to the IT firm, HCLTech will deliver managed IT services and a comprehensive portfolio of IT capabilities to Elders as part of the multi-year agreement, including the chance to leverage HCLTech’s AI offerings and other prospects.

Furthermore, the IT services firm will be in charge of agribusiness application development and management, digital workplace capabilities, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management. 

They went on to say that HCLTech’s distinct portfolio would provide Elders with dependable IT capabilities to support the entire business, enabling stable transformation and evolution as the company adjusts to the fast changing agribusiness market.
