Grid-India – marquee Leadership Development Program

In an effort to create a strong leadership pipeline, Grid Controller of India Limited (Grid-India), formerly Power System Operation Corporation Limited, launched its renowned Leadership Development Program for Emerging Leaders.

As part of its ongoing commitment to provide value to its stakeholders, Grid-India continues to invest in the capability development of its future leaders. This three-month journey is intense and involves constant interaction with the participants. For this program, Grid-India and SHRM are working together.

The inaugural sessions for this programme were held in New Delhi on November 10 and 11, 2022, and in Kolkata on December 5 and 6, 2022. The sessions’ themes were increasing self-leadership and developing leadership competencies.
