Google launches Chromecast with Google TV in India


Google launched Chromecast with Google TV

The new Chromecast with Google TV has been introduced by Google in India, and it is presently selling for Rs 6,399 on Flipkart. According to the business, it will soon be offered at additional retail locations. 
The new Chromecast from Google that works with Google TV is thin and portable, and it plugs into the HDMI port on TVs with ease. “Crystal quality video streaming in up to 4K HDR at up to 60 frames per second” is what the gadget guarantees. Dolby audio content pass-through through HDMI is also supported. 
The voice control that comes with the Chromecast with Google TV features a dedicated Google Assistant button that can be used to play material of your choice on the TV or respond to routine questions. Smart home lighting can also be managed by Google Assistant.


According to the company, the Chromecast with Google TV remote has dedicated buttons for Netflix and YouTube, as well as other well-known streaming services, and it will allow users to instantly access the content they want “without having to juggle multiple remotes, thanks to Google’s programmable TV controls for power, volume, and input.” 
The For You tab on Google TV offers customers customized recommendations from the platforms they subscribe to and also allows users to bookmark movies and series to view at a later time. Users can update their Watchlist on the TV by adding items from their phone or laptop. 
Users have access to a huge selection of content thanks to Google’s Chromecast and Google TV, which gives them access to services like Apple TV, Disney+ Hotstar, MX Player, Netflix, Prime Video, Voot, YouTube, Zee5, etc. 
For up to three months after purchasing the Chromecast with Google TV, users will have free access to YouTube Premium. The Chromecast with Google TV is currently available from Flipkart and will soon be offered in more retail locations.
