Federal Bank appoints M V S Murthy as its CMO

M V S Murthy was hired by Federal Bank as its first Chief Marketing Officer in Chennai. His task is to work at the convergence of brand communication, customer experience, and technology in order to increase scale. The role plays horizontally throughout the bank’s current customer base and pans vertically to strengthen both organic and inorganic development, which is fueled by its strategic alliances with start-ups and the fintech industry.
