This week, the number of passengers who had installed the Digi Yatra application on their mobile phones surpassed one million. This facility has been used by 1.746 million individuals since its inception on December 1, 2022, by Minister of Civil Aviation and Steel Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia.

The Digi Yatra was initially offered at three airports: New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Varanasi in December 2022, followed by Vijayawada, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune in April 2023.
