TCS iON opens National Qualifier Test to corporates for job opportunities – National Qualifier Test (NQT) will now be a standard gateway test as per TCS iON, a strategic unit of Tata Consultancy Services said that this test would be common for several participating corporates for his or her fresher recruitment programmes.
For many corporate levels, while helping corporates get an in-depth understanding of the applicant’s cognitive abilities, and reduce evaluation overheads.

The NQT is going to be conducted quarterly and therefore the score is going to be valid for 2 years.

The test will specialize in general abilities covering verbal, numerical and reasoning abilities to reach the normalized NQT Score which will be presented to corporates as an indication of the candidates’ cognitive abilities on programming is additionally being planned, keeping in mind the large demand for this skill within the IT industry.
