BEML – Special Campaign 2.0

In order to discover the pending references in a few selected categories across its Regional and District offices, BEML Limited, a Public Sector Undertaking within the Ministry of Defence, has launched Special Campaign 2.0. Field/outstation offices receive special consideration when carrying out initiatives like cleanliness drives and scrap removal, for example.

Cleaning up, replacing outdated furniture, locating scrap and disposing of it, and implementing document management through an e-portal were all highlighted by BEML. Additionally, e-waste from different offices was discovered and disposed of.

During this campaign, a significant amount of scrap was identified for disposal. The space freed up from scrap and rubbish disposal is being used for a variety of things, such as parking, office setup, storage, and plantation, resulting in wide and spacious passages, etc.

Along with this, BEML has also been cleaning up public spaces near its headquarters, including parks, bus stops, and other open spaces. Special Campaign 2.0 emphasised the value of discarding references promptly, which will make the workplace and home more aesthetically pleasing and convenient.
