BEL installs Air Traffic Management Automation System
For combined testing and assessment by the Airport Authority of India (AAI) and BEL, the company has built an internal-developed Air Traffic Management Automation System (ATM) at the Bhubaneswar New Airport building, complete with real-time radar and other sensors and data sources.
The government of India’s “Make in India” efforts have made progress thanks to this. This is the first step toward Atmanirbhar Bharat, where foreign companies now dominate the Civil Aviation Automation market.
