Ather Energy and Salesforce partner to give better experience to EV buyers
Ather Energy, a manufacturer of electric scooters, has partnered with Salesforce to improve the user experience. As Ather Energy expands its retail footprint across India, it will be able to use Salesforce’s CRM to manage its sales, service, and dealer management systems.
Salesforce will be used by Ather Energy to improve the customer experience by providing personalized interactions across various touchpoints such as online, mobile devices, social media, and showroom floors. The company enhances customer interactions from inquiry to post-delivery service by providing a single view of the customer through primary and secondary sales. Salesforce will also provide better dealer management systems to Ather’s retail partners, which it asserts will enhance customer experiences both offline and online.
Ather Energy currently operates 91 experience centres in 74 cities across India, with plans to expand to 150 centres in 100 cities by March 2023. From January to December 2022, the company sold 59,413 units, a 224% increase year on year. To meet rising demand, Ather Energy has opened a second manufacturing facility with a capacity of 420,000 units per year by fiscal year 2024.
