Last week, Apple introduced the iPhone 15 series, which includes the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Plus, and Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max. The freshly released handsets are already available for pre-order and will be available for purchase in India on September 22. However, Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo said that due to overwhelming demand for the top model, delivery in some countries had been postponed until November. He added that the production challenges with the iPhone 15 Pro Max are “more pronounced” than others.
According to Kuo, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is in higher demand than its predecessor, the iPhone 14 Pro Max. On the contrary, demand for the iPhone 15 Pro is lower this year than for its predecessor. Customers, he claims, are more interested in the Pro Max model. These Pro models now have a titanium frame, which makes them stronger and lighter.
Surprisingly, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are “roughly on par” with their predecessors in terms of demand. These models now include enhancements such as a dynamic island and a 48MP main sensor.
