Airtel, Reliance Jio, BSNL, DEN blocking DuckDuckGo, complaint – The well-known privacy-focused program DuckDuckGo has been silently blocked by Airtel and Reliance Jio as the users are complaining that these two internet service providers in India. This comes each day after the govt announced that it’s banned 59 apps of Chinese origin within the country. Having said that the govt has not blocked or announced any order against DuckDuckGo as the companies didn’t provide any reason for blocking DuckDuckGo program and claimed that blocking Of DDG.
“What is wrong with DDG? It’s one among the foremost sane things on the web, and it’s been blocked since morning. Why doesn’t DOT give out full details of what sites are blocked or to not the public? Also, this is often ridiculous, does anyone here realize how the procedure works inside DOT when involves taking a choice to dam a service?” wrote a user on Reddit.

Several Reliance Jio users also took to Twitter to spotlight their plight also but tweets went unanswered by both Airtel and Jio. However, DuckDuckGo officially confirmed the difficulty and tweeted, “To our users in India: We’ve received many reports our program is unreachable by much of India immediately and have confirmed it’s undue to us. We’re actively discussing with Internet providers to urge to the rock bottom of it ASAP. many thanks for your patience.”
You can use DuckDuckGo because of the default program even within the Google Chrome app on your phone. Google offers five program choices to users within the Chrome app. These include DuckDuckGo, Yahoo India, Bing, Yandex, and in fact Google Search. to vary the program on Google Chrome app, attend the Settings menu, and alter.
