Adani Transmission – subsidiary for smart metering biz

After announcing the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary BEST Smart Metering, Adani Transmission stock increased 1.6% on Wednesday.

10,000 equity shares, each worth Rs. 10, were purchased by Adani Transmission from BEST Smart Metering Ltd. for a total of Rs. 1 lakh.

BSML was incorporated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, but has not yet started doing business there.

The company’s shares were up 1.6% to Rs 2,543.05. at 14:40 on Wednesday.
