AAI Chairman – Session with employees

AAI Chairman – In order to implement more employee input and suggestions for fostering higher professional and personal pleasure at work, Chairman, AAI held an open session with AAI staff. AAI Board members, EDs at corporate headquarters, and REDs were also present at the open session.

All employees who provided comments online had direct conversations with the chairman and top management about those suggestions. Discussions included topics like child care leave, transfer policies, streamlining the ATC workforce, staff upskilling, consolidated procurement, and travel desk.

At the end of the open session, AAI Chairman expressed his gratitude for the many suggestions he had gotten from staff members, made a pledge to carefully consider each one, and expressed his satisfaction at getting so many.
